I am doing this three ways, by written instructions along with maps, and with 3 videos by two people. The first two are by Achievement hunters and the third is by XCVii007r1 from you tube. Achievement Hunters does a good job of describing the location but just in case anyone has a hard time finding any particular mcom station the third one shows a detailed path.

The first two M-COM stations are in the Heart of Darkness level. After your first encounter at the river there is an MCOM station on the left at the camp. Destroy the satellite uplink for you first achievement: Link to the Past
The second one is shortly after the first and is unmissable, it is by a concrete wall on your path. Those are the only two for the Heart of Darkness.Upriver has 2 MCOM stations. You will see the first one just after sniping in the tower. Once you go down below search the shacks on the west side for the satelitte uplink.The second MCOM uplink for upriver is during the part: Assault Upriver. Towards the end you will find the MCOM station on the south side of a guard post. This is the final satellite uplink for Upriver.
Crack The Sky has 2 MCOM stations.The first one is at the top of the mountain, there is a sniper perch above you, if you explore the top you will see the first uplink.For the second one, before you get into the buggie, enter the building to the left for the second satellite uplink.
Snow Blind MCOM stations:
The first MCOM Station in Snowblind is on the left at the part where you descend the mountain. It is located next to a building under a shack, you can see it from inside the building.The second MCOM for Snowblind is just after a bridge on top of the building to your right, enter the building and take the ladder to the roof, there you will find the satellite uplink.Heavy Metal has 2 MCOM stations. There is a part where you use a UAV, but before you do that go to th tower to the left on a hill. You will see the satelitte uplink on the bottom.The second one for Heavy Metal is located in a house off of the steet you walk up after laser designating all the tow missles. It is a two story house on the left with red paint.High Value Target has 2 MCOM Stations, they are both located at the end of the map. The first one is after you get out of the Humvee and head into the village. There will be an MCOM station on the right next to a damaged building.The second one for High Value Target is before you enter a sewer. It is just before the stream in front of the sewer.There are four MCOM stations in Sangre Del Toro. One is in the area that you have to destroy the choppers it is on the north side of the turret.On your way to Base Station Bravo.(center base in map) You will come to the center of the area with a supply drop to your left in a room. Your teamates will continue to go to your right up some stairs. Go up the first little set of stairs and spin around 180 degrees. Just above the doorway from which you entered you will see a little walkway. In the door on the walkway to your left is the station.Just as you are on your way to Base Station Alpha.(Upper right hand corner) You will be stopped by a blockade and have to get out of your vehicle. Clear out the enemies shooting at you. As you go over the "road block" progress up the road for a little and instantly to your left you will find a little tin barn with a generator inside on the left and the M-Com station on the right.The final one is after you have the Sarge take control of Base Station Alpha.(The BIG Lighthouse) If you are facing the two briefcase computers that are laid out on the tables.
Just on the edge of the sandbags you will find your final M-Com station.No One Gets Left Behind
There are four MCOM Stations for this level also.
The first one is shortly after mission start before you get to the first marker, the satellite uplink will be on your left.The second one is after your huge battle defending a house with sweet. It will be on the right just before an overturned truck.
The third MCOM station is in a barracks area by the water towers.
The fourth MCOM for No One Gets Left Behind is at the start of the part after you saved the pilot and are about to hop on the atvs, don't get on them right away. Go to the building on the left to destroy the satellite uplink.Zero Dark Thirty MCOM Stations
The first MCOM station is shortly after mission start, a plane flies over head as you approach the end of a hill right by a supply point. It is by some trees on the left.
The next two are in the empy canal and are both on the right so just keep an eye out. BTW this achievement is glitched so you will probably get this achievement at 22. No map needed you cant miss the huge canal/stormdrain.The final MCOM station is at the end of the canal and after the tunnel but it is on the left side and you will have to turn around to see it. Thats it for the Complete Blackout Achievement.
